Hello!
Welcome to my site! I’m a Christian wife, mom, grandmother, author, artist, and sometimes musician (I’ve been playing the flute since I was 12 years old.) Speaking of youth, what dreams did you have when you were young? That question we were all asked at one time or another: “What do you want to be when you grow up?” I remember three things. 1. A secretary 2. A stewardess (That’s a flight attendant for you young folks) and 3. A singer… Well, that didn’t work out.
But it’s good to have dreams! We all change as we grow. Sometimes our dreams change, too. Because of a difficult childhood, I dreamed of a happy home. But that didn’t happen then. I found comfort and escape in reading books and creating art. It was medicine for my soul. It is such a blessing for me when children enjoy reading my stories. It’s thrilling! Especially when they laugh at all the right places. And as an adult, I do have a happy loving family and home.
I am so grateful that God has picked me up, dusted me off, and set me on this path. And it’s a fun path, too. As we go along, I’ll share a little more about myself.
